Research
shows that the down payment is the primary obstacle to family home
ownership. Many people, with steady employment and reasonably
good credit, are barred from the American dream of owning their own
home simply because they cannot save the money for the down payment.
School. Medical emergencies. Or, just the simple requirements of daily
life make it impossible for some to save that all important down payment.
That is where Family Home Providers, Inc. comes in.
Since its creation, Family Home Providers, Inc. has placed thousands
of deserving families into their own homes. Our goal is to make
homes available to every family that would like to have one. After
all, it's the American dream.
The Family Home Provider Program can make that dream come true. Our
pledge is to help anyone who qualifies for an FHA loan to be able
to buy a home of their choice.
